Telemedicine Details

Palm Beach Thyroid is now using telemedicine for your convenience as well as safety. Telemedicine is a video face to face program with the freedom to be anyplace you have a reliable internet connection. 

All established patients are given access to our telemedicine feature.  

 

We are now offering Telemedicine appointments Due to the COVID-19 outbreak.  If you are immunocompromised or if you simplily prefer to be safe, you now have telemedicine as an option.

Our Telehealth program is accessible via the Patient Portal or through the Healow app. The Healow app is available to download if you have not done so already in the Apple Store and Google Play.

Important Information Prior to your Telemedicine TeleVisit:

 

Please read our telemedicine instructions before your scheduled appointment time. You will be expected to have your account set up prior to your appointment time.  Do not wait until the last minute to set-up and please ensure you have a solid connection to the internet with access to the portal or the Healow App.

It is your responsibility to make sure you can sign in for your visit.
