Erica Muniz, APRN, FNP-BC is a nationally board-certified family nurse practitioner. She completed her Associate of Arts Degree in Nursing from Palm Beach State College and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. Erica then pursued her interest in advanced nursing practice graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing. In December 2021, Erica will then graduate with a Doctorate Degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. As a Nurse Practitioner at Palm Beach Thyroid and Endocrinology, Erica partners closely with Dr. Frisch, Dr. Feng, and Christina Baker, APRN, to provide a holistic, caring, and collaborative approach with her patients.

 

Erica has Nurse Practitioner experience in a primary care setting. Her previous experience extends to hospital care in the Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, and Telemetry units. Erica is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Florida Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. Erica has developed a passion for Endocrinology and helping others live their best life after being personally affected by both diabetes and thyroid disease.
